★ NEXY DAY ordering is now available for collections & deliveries. Please do get in touch though if you have a last minute ‘on the day’ request because we hate to turn customers away and more often than not we will be able to accommodate your order.
★ All meals will come to you FROZEN, either to 'cook from frozen' or to defrost then 'cook from chilled' but the majority, where possible, will be 'cook from frozen'.
★ We no longer accept 'defrost requests' on the basis of food safety. We encourage you to plan ahead and order for more than one occasion, take advantage of being able to order two weeks in advance, enjoy the convenience of the 'cook from frozen' instructions and make the most of being able to have a scrumptious range of ‘go-to' meals in your freezer.
★ For your convenience, you can order up to TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
★ If you wish to change or add anything to your order once you've checked out online, please email us as opposed to booking another delivery/collection slot and we'll edit your order accordingly.
★ We have max. capacity of 20 deliveries per day. Please add a note to your order or email us if you have a specific time frame you require delivery and we will do our best to meet this for you.
★ If your postcode is not listed or recognised for the delivery option, please email us so we can look into what alternative options may be possible.
★ We allocate 4 customers per 15min time slot for collections, so if your preferred time slot is not shown on the drop-down menu when you checkout your order, it means that the time slot is fully booked.
★ Dishes are prepared by our chefs and frozen straight away to lock in the freshness. They will arrive with you individually packaged and labelled, ready for you to cook that day or keep frozen to enjoy at a later date.
★ Full cooking and storage instructions are provided with every dish as well as being available on the website. We are committed to making the process as simple as possible for you, so rest assured that whatever dish you chose, there will be minimal effort required on your part.
