All the information you need about the order process for our chilled meals!

Ordering Our Chilled Meals

★ COLLECTION is free (from Small Plates, LL15 1HY) and available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 2pm-6pm.  

★ DELIVERY is also free but only available for orders over £55 within a 12 mile radius of Ruthin on Wednesday & Friday from 11am-6pm.

We encourage customers to collect wherever possible. We are only a small business and we carry out the deliveries ourselves so we hope you can understand that our capacities are limited to a max. of 10 deliveries per day (on Wednesdays & Fridays).

We allocate 4 customers per 15min time slot for collections (from 2pm-6pm), so if your preferred time slot is not shown on the drop-down menu when you checkout your order, it means that the time slot is fully booked.

If you are unable to collect, perhaps you know someone else who can collect on your behalf?

If you are over the 12 mile radius of Ruthin, please email us so we can consider what alternative options may be possible.

★ Orders must be placed 2 days in advance. Next Day or Same Day ordering is not available. All the available dates and time slots will be displayed at the checkout point.

★ Orders can only be placed online via the website. We cannot accept orders by phone, email or social media messaging.

★ For your convenience, we prepare your meals fresh on the day of collection or delivery which means they have a minimum 3 day shelf life, so you do not need to select collection/delivery for the day you intend to eat the meals.  

★ Dishes are prepared by our chefs and chilled straight away to lock in the freshness. They will arrive with you individually packaged and labelled, ready for you to reheat/cook, to pop in the fridge, or where suitable freeze to enjoy at a later date. 

★ Full reheating/cooking and storage instructions will be provided with every dish. We are committed to making the process as simple as possible for you, so rest assured that whatever dish you chose, there will be minimal effort required on your part.   

★ If you wish to add anything to your order once you have paid, please email us as oppose to booking another delivery/collection slot.
