Charred spiced cauliflower, chickpea ‘Masala’, red onion & coriander bhaji, paneer cheese kebab, charred nan bread, served with a curried mango yoghurt.
Preheat oven to 180 deg. C (fan assisted), remove lid and place container onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, remove from oven and rest, whilst resting place naan into oven for 2-3 minutes. Plate and serve with curried mango yoghurt and the side dishes of your choice.
