Apple Frangipani Tartlet
Sweet apple compote with a light buttery almond frangipani, encased in crisp butter puff pastry, topped with poached Braeburn apple.
Heat from frozen - preheat oven to 160 deg C fan assisted / 180 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 4, place tart onto a baking tray and heat for approx. 20 minutes.
If the product has been defrosted, follow instructions and heat for 10-12 minutes.
Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase. If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
