Product Overview

Our Asian inspired trio of chicken with char-grilled breast, confit tempura & shredded filo parcel, Asian vegetables, Thai style peanut satay sauce, and a sweet chilli & ginger dressing.

Chicken breast, gluten free rice flour, baking powder, corn flour, soda water, salt, black pepper, carrot, red onion, spring onions, coriander, Thai sweet chilli sauce - (sugar, water, corn syrup solids, salted chilli pepper (chilli, salt), dehydrated garlic, rice vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, frozen concentrate for pineapple juice (pineapple juice concentrate, water), shallot, garlic powder, acetic acid, citric acid, xanthan gum, paprika oleoresin), filo pastry (Flour (GLUTEN) Water, Sunflower Oil, Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Propionate, Vegetable Glycerine, Salt, Maize Starch), butter (MILK), stem ginger, broccoli, green beans, pak choi, onions, spinach, lemongrass, ginger, chilli, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, coriander, pepper, gluten free SOY sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Spirit Vinegar), Thai green curry paste – (green chilli 45%, salt, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, shallot, kaffir lime peel, coriander, pepper, cumin, yeast extract, citric acid), peanut butter (NUTS) - (Roasted Peanuts (87%), Rapeseed Oil, Certified Sustainable Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt), coconut milk – (Coconut Extract (65%), Water, Stabiliser: Guar Gum (allergens highlighted).

Preheat oven to 190 deg. C, remove film lid from filo parcel and tempura container, place directly onto a baking sheet, pierce the lid on the char-grilled chicken & vegetable container, place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove lid from tamper pot of peanut satay sauce and loosely replace back on top, microwave on full power for approx. 45 seconds until hot.  

To plate – place the Asian vegetables into the centre of your warmed serving plate, place the char-grilled chicken breast on top, place the tempura to one side and the filo parcel to the other. Spoon the peanut satay sauce over the char-grilled chicken breast, then drizzle the sweet chilli & ginger dressing around the outside.
