Product Overview

Raspberry jam & buttery almond frangipani encased in a sweet pastry case.

Sweet pastry – butter (MILK), castor sugar, EGG, plain flour (GLUTEN). Frangipan – butter (MILK), castor sugar, EGGS, ground almonds (NUTS), almond extract (NUTS), plain flour (GLUTEN). Raspberry jam (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberry Purée, Sugar, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), flaked almonds (NUTS), apricot jam glaze (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Apricot, Sugar, Apricot Purée, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate) (allergens highlighted).

SERVES 1 & 2 INSTRUCTIONS: Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 160 deg. C (fan assisted), place tart onto a baking tray and heat for approx. 20-25 minutes, allow to stand for 2 minutes, then serve (serve with vanilla ice-cream or pouring cream)  

SERVES 4 INSTRUCTIONS: Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 160 deg. C (fan assisted), place tart onto a baking tray and heat for 30-35 minutes, allow to stand for 2 minutes, then cut into portions and serve (serve with vanilla ice-cream or pouring cream) 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for approx. 10-12 minutes (serves 1 & 2) or 15-20 minutes (serves 4). 

NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
