8-hour slow cooked, char-grilled, pressed brisket of local beef cooked in red wine, and caramelised onion, parsley & smoked bacon stuffed roasted mushrooms.
Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 180 deg. C fan assisted / 200 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 6, pierce film lid several times, place container onto a baking sheet and bake for approx. 35-45 minutes until bubbling hot. Simply plate & serve with your favourite side dishes and enjoy!
If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions, then bake for approx. 25-30 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot before consumption.
Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.
If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
