Product Overview

Slow cooked local brisket of beef cooked in rich tomato sauce, then shredded and layered between pasta topped with a rich and creamy bechamel sauce.

Local beef brisket, garlic, rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, onions, CELERY, carrots, leeks, mushrooms, tomatoes, beef stock (water, beef extract, beef dripping, Modified tapioca starch, flavourings, salt, glucose syrup, sugar, rice flour, caramel colour, corn flour, potato starch, rapeseed oil, maltodextrin, yeast extracts, herbs), Worcester sauce (Water, Malt Vinegar (Barley), Molasses, Sugar, Anchovy (FISH), Tamarind Extract, Salt, Chilli Powder, Clove, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder), tomato puree, red wine, balsamic vinegar (Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Cooked Grape Must (Sulphites) , redcurrant jelly (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Redcurrant Juice from Concentrate, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), Fresh lasagne sheets (Durum Wheat Semolina (GLUTEN), Pasteurised Egg (20%). MILK, cream (MILK), butter (MILK), vegetable stock (Salt, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Milk Sugar, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Dried Vegetables (5%) [Celery Powder, Carrot, Onion Powder, Onion, Leek, Rice Flour, Spinach Powder], Dried Parsley, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Celery Seed, Colour (Plain Caramel, Garlic Powder), brandy, dried thyme, cornflour, cheddar cheese (MILK), parmesan cheese (MILK) (allergens highlighted).

SERVES 1 & SERVES 2 INSTRUCTIONS: Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 180 deg. C (fan assisted), remove lid & place container onto a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes, then turn oven temperature up to 200 deg. C and continue to bake for a further 25 minutes approx. until bubbling hot, remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes then carefully remove with a fish slice on to a plate to serve – taking care as contents will be very hot. 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake at 180 deg. C (fan assisted for approx. 35-40 minutes. 

SERVES 6 INSTRUCTIONS: Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 180 deg. C (fan assisted), remove lid & place container onto a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes, then turn oven temperature up to 200 deg. C and continue to bake for a further 45 minutes approx. until bubbling hot, remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes then carefully cut into portion sizes then remove with a fish slice on to a plate to serve – taking care as contents will be very hot. 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake at 180 deg. C (fan assisted for approx. 50-60 minutes. 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
