Cantonese Pork Belly Bites
Delicious tempura battered pork belly pieces with a rich sweet sticky Cantonese style sauce.
To cook from frozen – remove film lid, place the Cantonese sauce pot into a bowl filled with hot water, leave to defrost, preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), place container onto a baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes approx. until crispy, transfer to your serving bowl. For sauce - remove lid, loosely replace lid back on top and microwave on high power for approx. 1 minute, then pour over pork belly pieces to coat (take care as sauce will be very hot) – then enjoy!
If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Store in the freezer at –18 deg C or below, use within one month of purchase.
If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
