Cantonese Pork Belly Bites
Delicious tempura battered pork belly pieces with a rich sweet sticky Cantonese style sauce.
Preheat oven to 180 deg C, remove film lid and place container foil onto a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes approx. until crispy, transfer to your serving bowl.
For sauce, remove lid, loosely replace lid back on top and microwave on high power for approx. 1 minute, then pour over pork belly pieces to coat (take care as sauce will be very hot) – then enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing (including sauce) – freeze on day of receipt, use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow cooking instructions.
