Apple Tart Tatin
Sweet poached Braeburn apples smothered in salted caramel sauce, sitting pretty in butter puff pastry.
Lovely served with your favourite vanilla ice-cream or pouring cream!
Cook from frozen - place caramel sauce pot into a bowl of hot water to thaw, preheat oven to 160 deg. C (fan assisted), place tart onto a baking tray and heat for 15-20 minutes, allow to stand for 2 minutes, plate, drizzle with extra caramel sauce (serve with vanilla ice-cream or pouring cream).
If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for approx. 10-12 minutes.
Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.
If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
