Product Overview

Delicious roasted celeriac with apples, leeks, spinach & smoked cheddar cheese encased in rich butter puff pastry served with our leek, thyme & brandy sauce.

Celeriac (CELERY), onions, leeks, spinach, apple, smoked cheddar cheese (MILK), puff pastry – flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGG yolk, salt, pepper, MILK, cream (MILK), butter (MILK), vegetable stock - (Salt, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Milk Sugar, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Dried Vegetables (5%) [Celery Powder, Carrot, Onion Powder, Onion, Leek, Rice Flour, Spinach Powder], Dried Parsley, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Celery Seed, Colour (Plain Caramel, Garlic Powder), onions, brandy, dried thyme, cornflour (allergens highlighted).

(Defrost sauce before use). Cook wellington from frozen - preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), remove wellington from the foil and place onto a baking sheet, bake for approx. 40-45 minutes until pastry is nicely golden.  For sauce - remove lid and loosely replace back on top, microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes until piping hot.

 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes. 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
