Celeriac, Leek, Apple, Smoked Cheddar & Spinach Puff Pastry 'Wellington' with a Thyme & Brandy Cream Sauce.

Celeriac (CELERY), onions, leeks, spinach, apple, smoked cheddar cheese (MILK), puff pastry – flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGG yolk.  Sauce - MILK, cream (MILK), butter (MILK), vegetable stock - (Salt, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Milk Sugar, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Dried Vegetables (5%) [Celery  Powder, Carrot, Onion Powder, Onion, Leek, Rice Flour, Spinach Powder], Dried Parsley, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Celery  Seed, Colour (Plain Caramel, Garlic Powder), onions, brandy, dried thyme, cornflour (allergens highlighted).

Preheat oven to 190 deg C, remove wellington from the foil and place onto a baking sheet (already glazed with egg for your convenience), and bake for 15-20 minutes until pastry has nicely coloured.  For the sauce – remove lid and replace loosely back on top of container and microwave for 1-2 minutes until piping hot / or conventional hob – pour contents into a small pan and heat over a medium heat until hot.

Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days, suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt and use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow instructions.
