Preheat oven to 190 deg C, remove wellington from the foil and place onto a baking sheet (already glazed with egg for your convenience), and bake for 15-20 minutes until pastry has nicely coloured. For the sauce – remove lid and replace loosely back on top of container and microwave for 1-2 minutes until piping hot / or conventional hob – pour contents into a small pan and heat over a medium heat until hot.
Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days, suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt and use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow instructions.
