Product Overview

Rich and indulgent lasagne, layered with chicken breast strips, sauté mushrooms, smoked pancetta and vibrant spinach with a creamy parmesan bechamel sauce.

Chicken breast, smoked pancetta, chestnut mushrooms, spinach, onions, garlic granules, fresh EGG lasagne sheets (GLUTEN), flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), MILK, cream (MILK), parmesan cheese (MILK), salt, pepper, chicken stock - (concentrated chicken stock, salt, sugar, flavourings, yeast extract, chicken fat, potassium chloride, palm fat, gelling agents (xanthan gum, locust bean gum), garlic, carrots, leek, caramel syrup, maltodextrin, parsley, carrot juice concentrate, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary), colour (carotenes) (allergens highlighted).

SERVES 1 & SERVES 2 INSTRUCTIONS: Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 180 deg. C fan assisted / 200 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 6, remove lid & place container onto a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes, then turn oven temperature up to 200 deg. C fan assisted / 220 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 7 and continue to bake for a further 25 minutes approx. until bubbling hot, remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes then carefully remove with a fish slice on to a plate to serve – taking care as contents will be very hot. 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake at 180 deg. C fan assisted / 200 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 6 for approx. 35-40 minutes. 

SERVES 6 INSTRUCTIONS: Cook from frozen - preheat oven to 180 deg. C fan assisted / 200 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 6, remove lid & place container onto a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes, then turn oven temperature up to 200 deg. C fan assisted / 220 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 7 and continue to bake for a further 45 minutes approx. until bubbling hot, remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes then carefully cut into portion sizes then remove with a fish slice on to a plate to serve – taking care as contents will be very hot. 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake at 180 deg. C fan assisted / 200 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 6 for approx. 50-60 minutes. 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
