Defrost thoroughly before use. From chilled - preheat oven to 180 deg. C (fan assisted), remove film lid & place container onto a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling hot, remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes then carefully firstly remove the rice to your serving bowl then top with the stroganoff – taking care as contents will be very hot.
Store in freezer at -18 deg C or below, use within one month, defrost thoroughly before use and follow instructions, or refrigerate and use within 3 days.
