Coffee Crème Caramel with Crispy Brandy Snap
A beautiful, chilled set custard dessert, flavored with coffee & vanilla, enriched with a little white chocolate, a sweet caramel sauce, and a crisp brandy snap curl.
Half fill a dessert bowl with hot water and place the base of the crème caramel in for approx. 30 seconds, to loosen the crème caramel. Using a small sharp knife, go round the rim of the foil to loosen a little, then place your serving plate over the top of the crème caramel then upturn and wobble to gently remove the crème caramel, then simply serve with the brandy snap.
Store in refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, use within 3 days of purchase.
