Crispy Calamari with Garlic Mayonnaise
Delicious rings of seasoned calamari coated in a crisp panko crumb, served with creamy garlic & parsley mayonnaise.
Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), remove lid and place the panko crumbed calamari directly onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 10 minutes until crispy and piping hot. Simply serve with the garlic mayonnaise.
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, use within 3 days. Mayonnaise will keep in the refrigerator (unopened) for up to one month.
Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt, use within one month, can cook from frozen, follow cooking instructions above, and add a further 2 minutes to the cooking time.
