Feta Cheese Filo Parcels
Greek feta cheese encased in crispy filo pastry served with a sweet and tangy tomato, red onion, balsamic & rosemary relish.
Preheat oven to 180 deg C (fan assisted), remove lid, place parcels directly onto a baking tray, bake for 10-12 minutes approx. until piping hot, then simply plate and serve with the relish.
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing (relish will keep unopened in the refrigerator for up to 1 month) – freeze on day of receipt, use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow cooking instructions.
