Fillet Steak Medallions Diane
Char-grilled medallions of fillet steak with a caramelised onion, mushroom, Dijon mustard & brandy cream sauce, and crispy onion rings.

Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), remove film lids and place steak container onto a baking tray, and remove onion rings from their container and place directly onto the same baking tray, bake for approx. 15-20 minutes until piping hot. Then simply plate and serve.
Store in refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, use within 3 days of purchase.
Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt and use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow cooking instructions.
