Preheat oven to 160 deg C, remove focaccia from container and place onto a baking tray, simply warm in the oven for 5 minutes, pour the olive oil & balsamic into a small dipping dish, then serve.
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt, use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow cooking instructions (keep balsamic in the fridge for up to one month).
