Italian Style Chicken Trio
Char-grilled breast, smoked chicken, spinach & ricotta ravioli, and char-grilled poached stuffed garlic & herb ballotine with toasted pine nuts, roasted red pepper, basil, caramelized onion & tomato cream, sugar snaps, mange tout & green beans with herb oil.
Preheat oven to 180 deg. C, pierce lid several times, place the container onto a baking tray, bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and rest, whilst resting, remove lid from the sauce and loosely replace back on top - microwave on full power for approx. 1 minute until piping hot / for conventional hob – transfer sauce to a small saucepan and heat over a medium heat until hot. Place the sauce into the centre of your warmed serving plate, then place all the elements of chicken in a line across, then spoon the vegetables and a little of the oil over and around the chicken.
