Product Overview

A light Italian inspired zesty lemon sponge made with ground almonds for that decadent light texture served with a lemon mascarpone cream.

Butter (MILK), castor sugar, EGGS, vanilla extract, gluten free flour, ground almonds (NUTS), lemon zest & juice.  Syrup – lemon juice, sugar. Lemon cream – cream (MILK), mascarpone cheese (MILK), lemon curd (Sugar, Pasteurised Egg (22%), Concentrated Lemon Juice (Sulphites) (8%), Butter (Milk) (8%), Water, Gelling Agent (Agar), Salt, Lemon Oil), lemon zest (allergens highlighted).

Simply serve at room temperature (take out of fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving) or microwave for approx. 20 seconds, then serve with the lemon mascarpone cream.

Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days of purchase, suitable for home freezing, use within one month, defrost thoroughly before use and follow instructions.
