Cod & salmon fillet, langoustines, king prawns and smoked salmon with leeks, tarragon, fennel and a lobster marinière sauce topped with creamy mashed potato.

From frozen - preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted) / 210 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 7, pierce lid several times, place container onto a baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, then remove film lid and place back into the oven and continue to bake for a further 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and leave to rest for up to 10 minutes, then simply serve with your favourite accompaniments.  

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
