Preheat oven to 190 deg. C, remove film lid, place container onto a baking tray, bake melanzane for approx. 15 minutes until bubbling hot and the mozzarella has melted and taken colour. Remove lid of the tomato sauce, and microwave for approx. 45 seconds until hot. To plate – pour the sauce into the centre of your serving bowl or plate, and using a fish slice, carefully lift out the melanzane and transfer to the serving plate, and enjoy with your favourite side dishes
