Milk & White Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake
Rich, creamy and sumptuous cheesecake with a crunchy digestive biscuit base.
For the Serves 1 or 2: simply place onto your serving plate, gently remove the acetate secured around the outside of the cheesecake, then drizzle with the Bailey’s sauce, and serve.
For the Serves 4-6 or 6-8: run a hot knife around the outside edge of the cheesecake, then press the base to gently lift the cheesecake out of its tin and transfer to a large plate. Using a clean hot knife cut the cheesecake into the desired portion size. Drizzle the cheesecake portion just before serving with the extra Bailey’s sauce.
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, consume within 3 days of purchase.
