Product Overview

Sticky, fruity, ginger, almond, boozy rum, Christmas ‘pudding’ with rum custard & whipped brandy cream.

Pitted dates, water, camp coffee flavour, vanilla extract, Bramley apples, castor sugar, stem ginger, raisins, currants, sultanas, brandy (SULPHITES), orange & lemon zest, ground almonds (NUTS), gluten free flour, bicarbonate of soda, dark brown muscovado sugar, baking margarine (MILK), EGGS, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, mixed spice, ground ginger, butter (MILK), castor sugar, salt, double cream (MILK), mascarpone (MILK), rum (SULPHITES), cornflour (allergens highlighted).

Pierce film lid and microwave on full power for approx. 1 minute until warm, remove lid from the rum custard, loosely replace back on top, microwave on full power for approx. 1 minute until warm.  Transfer the pudding to your serving plate or bowl, pour over the rum custard, then top with the brandy cream.

Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, consume within 3 days of purchase.

Not suitable for home freezing.
