Our Christmas Pudding
Sticky, fruity, ginger, almond, boozy rum, Christmas ‘pudding’ with rum custard & whipped brandy cream.
Pierce film lid and microwave on full power for approx. 1 minute until warm, remove lid from the rum custard, loosely replace back on top, microwave on full power for approx. 1 minute until warm. Transfer the pudding to your serving plate or bowl, pour over the rum custard, then top with the brandy cream.
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, consume within 3 days of purchase.
Not suitable for home freezing.
