Product Overview

Creamy blue brie coated in a crispy pistachio and rosemary crumb with a sweet green tomato & apple chutney.

Pasteurised blue brie (MILK), pistachios (NUTS), rosemary, parsley, garlic granules, salt, pepper, panko bread crumbs (GLUTEN), EGG yolk, MILK, flour (GLUTEN).  Chutney - Bramley apples, green tomatoes, onions, sultanas, muscovado sugar, salt, pepper, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar - (Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Cooked Grape Must (Sulphites), sugar, redcurrant jelly - (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Redcurrant Juice from Concentrate, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate) (allergens highlighted).

Preheat oven to 190 deg C, remove lid, place container onto a baking tray, bake the cheese for approx. 10 minutes until cheese begins to ooze! Simply serve with the warmed relish and enjoy!

Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.

Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt, use within one month, defrost thoroughly before use and follow cooking instructions.
