Salt Cod ‘Bon Bons’

Product Overview

Decadent flakes of salt cod bound with potato, fennel, truffle oil & tarragon coated in crispy panko crumb, with a tarragon & truffle mayonnaise.

A tasty starter for 1, or a great sharing nibble!

Salt cod (FISH), potato, fennel, truffle flavoured olive oil, tarragon, lemon zest, pepper, flour (GLUTEN), EGG, MILK, panko crumb (GLUTEN). Mayonnaise: pasteurised mayonnaise (rapeseed Oil (75%), water, Pasteurised EGG Yolk (7%), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Flavouring containing MUSTARD), truffle flavoured olive oil, tarragon, fennel, salt, pepper (allergens highlighted).

Cook from frozen - remove film lid, place the mayonnaise pot into a bowl filled with hot water, leave to defrost - preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), place container onto a baking tray, bake bon bons for 18-25 minutes approx. until piping hot, then simply plate & serve with the mayonnaise dip. 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for 12-18 minutes. 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
