Soy & ginger marinated tuna fillet with a mango, chilli, lime, spring onion & coriander salsa.

Sashimi grade tuna fillet (FISH), gluten free SOY sauce - (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Spirit Vinegar), stem ginger, salt, pepper, garlic granules, fresh mango, mango chutney - (sugar, mango, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid), spices (paprika, chilli powder, cardamom), red onion, red chilli, lime zest, spring onion, sweet chilli sauce - (sugar, water, corn syrup solids, salted chilli pepper (chilli, salt), dehydrated garlic, rice vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, frozen concentrate for pineapple juice (pineapple juice concentrate, water), shallot, garlic powder, acetic acid, citric acid, xanthan gum, paprika oleoresin), coriander (allergens highlighted).

Simply place the tuna medallions onto your serving plate, and upturn the salsa next to the tuna, and enjoy!

Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
