Luxurious mixture of king prawns, langoustines, smoked haddock, smoked salmon & lobster in a rich white wine, fennel cream, topped with herb butter crumb.
Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), remove lid and place container onto a baking sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes approx. until gratinated and bubbling hot, leave to rest for up to 5 minutes, then using a fish slice transfer the dish onto your serving plate and serve.
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, consume within 3 days of purchase.
