Product Overview

Slow cooked shoulder of local Welsh lamb cooked in port, red wine & redcurrant topped with creamy Cheddar cheese mashed potato.

Lamb shoulder, rapeseed oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, CELERY, carrot, swede, onion, salt & pepper, garlic granules, red wine, port, beef stock - (water, beef extract, beef dripping, Modified tapioca starch, flavourings, salt, glucose syrup, sugar, rice flour, caramel colour, corn flour, potato starch, rapeseed oil, potassium chloride, maltodextrin, flavourings (contain MILK), yeast extracts, herbs), redcurrant jelly - (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Redcurrant Juice from Concentrate, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate), potatoes, cream (MILK), butter (MILK), Cheddar cheese (MILK) (allergens highlighted).

Cook from frozen – preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted) / 210 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 7, pierce film lid several times, place container onto a baking tray, bake for 35 minutes, then remove the film lid, place back into the oven and continue to bake for a further 15 minutes (50 minutes cooking time in total).  Remove from the oven and allow to rest for up to 10 minutes, then enjoy with your favourite side dishes.

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for 20 minutes, followed by a further 10 minutes. 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
