Shredded Beef Tempura
Confit slow cooked local brisket of beef with lemongrass, chilli, peanuts & soy, coated in a light crispy tempura batter, served with a peanut satay sauce.
Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted), remove lid and place the beef tempura directly onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 10-12 minutes until crispy and piping hot, scatter the peanut & spring onion mix onto your serving plate, place the beef on top.
For sauce - remove lid, and microwave on high power for approx. 30 seconds, then pour into a small dip pot, and serve with the beef and enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing (inc. sauce)– freeze on day of receipt, use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow cooking instructions
