Smoked Trout Pâté
Delicate flakes of smoked trout with horseradish, lemon, chives & crème fraiche. Please note that the toasts (as pictured) are not included.
Defrost in refrigerator for 4-6 hours, then simply serve straight from the pot or decant into a serving dish and enjoy with some crispy toast or crunchy crackers.
Store in the freezer at –18 deg C or below, use within one month of purchase.
If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
