Spanish Style Baked Fish
Marinated salted cod fillet, king prawns, mussels & charred squid cooked with a smoky tomato and flame roasted red pepper sauce, crispy fried fennel potatoes, and saffron mayonnaise.
Preheat oven to 180 deg. C (fan assisted), for the fish - remove film lid and place the container onto a baking tray, for the potatoes – remove the lid of the foil tray and place on the baking tray with the fish and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes until piping hot.
To serve – carefully spoon the baked fish and sauce into your serving bowl, and serve the potatoes and mayonnaise as accompaniments in separate dishes
Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
