Product Overview

Cinnamon spiced Bramley apples & sultanas with a light buttery almond frangipan, encased in a sweet butter pastry case, topped with poached Braeburn apple, and served with a vanilla crème Anglaise.


Butter (MILK), castor sugar, EGG, plain flour (GLUTEN), ground almonds (NUTS), almond extract (NUTS), Bramley & Braeburn apples, sultanas, apricot jam glaze (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Apricot, Sugar, Apricot Purée, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate).  Crème Anglaise – EGG, cream (MILK), MILK, vanilla extract, castor sugar, cornflour (allergens highlighted).

Preheat oven to 160 deg C, place tart onto a baking tray and heat for 8-10 minutes. For the Anglaise, remove lid and loosely replace, heat in the microwave for approx. 1 minute on full power, then serve.

Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days of purchase.

Suitable for home freezing, use within one month, defrost thoroughly before use and follow instructions.
