Stuffed Chicken Breast
Smoked bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast with spinach, leeks & tarragon, and a leek, thyme & brandy cream sauce.
Preheat oven to 180 deg C, remove film lid, place dual container onto a baking sheet and bake for approx. 15 minutes, transfer the sauce onto your serving plate and place the carved chicken on top of the sauce, serve with your favourite side dishes.
Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt and use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow instructions.
