Char-grilled mushrooms filled with creamy ricotta and tangy pecorino cheese, garlic, spinach & tarragon, served with a garlic & parsley cream sauce.
Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted, remove lid from container and place onto a baking sheet into the oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes. For the sauce – remove lid and loosely replace back on top and microwave on full power for 1-2 minutes until sauce is bubbling hot. Pour the sauce into the bottom of your warmed serving bowl or dish, and place the mushrooms on top of the sauce and serve immediately
