SMOKED HADDOCK, SPINACH & PEA ‘MORNAY’ TARTLET

INGREDIENTS: olive oil, butter (MILK), plain flour (GLUTEN), MILK, onions, CELERY, leeks, white wine, salt, pepper, smoked haddock (FISH), spinach, garlic, leeks, peas, cream (MILK), cheddar cheese (MILK) chives, pastry tartlet - Flour (GLUTEN), margarine (vegetable fat (palm), water, salt, emulsifier: E471, acid: E330, colour: E160a, flavour), water, salt, whole MILK, rapeseed oil, MILK proteins, pea proteins May contain traces of EGG (allergens highlighted)

Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted) remove lid, firstly, place the filo parcels, salt cod bon bons and the haddock tartlets directly onto a baking tray, bake for approx. 14-16 minutes, until everything is piping hot, then simply arrange on your platter, and serve a little dip pot of truffle mayonnaise next to your salt cod bon bons, arrange the smoked salmon roulade onto the serving plate, along with everything else, and enjoy!

Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, consume within 3 days of purchase.
