INGREDIENTS: goat’s cheese (MILK), shallots, honey, lemon zest, salt, pepper, panko crumb (GLUTEN), pistachio nuts (NUTS), rosemary, flour (GLUTEN), EGG. TRUFFLED BRIE CROSTINI WITH CARAMELISED SHALLOTS (v) 

INGREDIENTS: brie (MILK), truffle oil, garlic granules, salt, pepper, crostini - (Wheat (GLUTEN) Flour, Water, Yeast, Fermented Wheat (GLUTEN) Flour, Salt, Malted wheat (GLUTEN) Flour, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), olive oil, butter (MILK), salt, pepper, shallots, thyme, sugar (allergens highlighted) 

Preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted) remove lid, firstly, place the mushrooms, onion tart tatins and goat’s cheese bon bons directly onto a baking tray, bake for approx. 12-14 minutes, until piping hot, then simply arrange on your serving platter, along with the chilled brie crostini, serve a little dip pot of cranberry & apple relish next to your goat’s cheese bon bons, and enjoy! 

Store in the refrigerator at 5 deg. C or below, consume within 3 days of purchase.
