Product Overview

Sweet potato, butternut squash, smoked cheddar, leek & spinach wrapped in butter puff pastry, served with a tomato, balsamic & red onion relish.

Sweet potato, butternut squash, onions, garlic, leeks, CELERY, spinach, smoked cheddar cheese (MILK), cream (MILK), puff pastry – flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGG yolk, salt, pepper, butter (MILK), vegetable stock (Salt, Palm Oil, Potato Starch, Milk Sugar, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Dried Vegetables (5%) [Celery Powder, Carrot, Onion Powder, Onion, Leek, Rice Flour, Spinach Powder], Dried Parsley, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Celery Seed, Colour (Plain Caramel, Garlic Powder), onions, salt, pepper, red onion, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar - (Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Cooked Grape Must (Sulphites), garlic granules, chopped tomatoes, rosemary, sugar (allergens highlighted).

Place the relish container into a bowl of hot water and allow it to defrost. Cook the wellington from frozen - preheat oven to 190 deg. C (fan assisted) / 210 deg. C conventional oven / gas mark 7, remove lid from the wellington and transfer onto a baking sheet, and place into the oven and bake for 45 minutes, then serve with the tomato, balsamic & red onion relish, and your favourite accompaniments. 

If this product has been defrosted, simply follow the oven instructions and bake for 25 minutes. 

Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.

If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
