FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE - remove the cheesecake from packaging and place onto your serving dish whilst it’s still frozen, peel off the acetate from the outside of the cheesecake. Defrost for approx. 4 hours in the fridge, or up to 1 hour at room temperature.
Store in the freezer at –18 deg. C or below, use within one month of purchase.
If defrosted keep in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
