Served On The Bone with tarragon, fennel & lemon butter, samphire.
Preheat oven to 200 deg C, remove from box, remove film, place foil onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. For the samphire butter, simply microwave for 30 seconds until butter has melted, plate the fish and pour over the samphire butter sauce and enjoy! (Please note: the fish is gutted & scaled but does contain bones).
Store in refrigerator at 5 deg C or below, use within 3 days.
Suitable for home freezing – freeze on day of receipt and use within one month, defrost thoroughly and follow cooking instructions.
